Once we receive your information, we'll schedule a detailed call to discuss and gather more information about your care situation. This will be the perfect opportunity for us to address any questions or concerns you may have. Additionally, we'll coordinate a convenient time to meet in person. IN-HOME CARE ASSESSMENT
BEGINNING
OF CARE
We'll be there on the very first day of care, ready to introduce our Caregiver and go over the Care Plan together. It's a great opportunity for us to personally assist with introductions and ensure a smooth start.
OCCASIONAL
VISITS
After we have started providing care, we'll drop by occasionally when our Caregiver is present to check how everything is going. These visits allow us to assess if any adjustments are needed in the Care Plan, ensuring we provide the best possible care for you or your loved one. Your well-being is our top priority!
During the IN-HOME CARE ASSESSMENT, we'll be there to address all your queries and gather information to create a Customized Care Plan tailored to your specific requirements. Feel free to ask us anything, and we'll make sure your needs are taken care of in the best way possible!
